TERMS OF SERVICE:

1. PAYMENT.
• Whole payment upfront through PayPal invoice
• Partial payments are possible but it needs to be discussed beforehand
• PayPal fees are included in the final price
• Due to new policy, the price in USD is converted to PLN using Google's conversion rate, and then the invoice is send in PLN
• Customers from Poland have an option to pay through a bank transfer, rather than PayPal


2. DOs & DON'Ts.
• Fanarts, fanOC and original characters are all fine
• Gore, nudity and NSFW are generally OK
• Animals, furry, armours, robots, vehicles, complex backgrounds and explicit porn all require further discussion
• Hardcore gore, offensive and harmful material, minor/adult ships and incestuous ships are a no
• If you're not sure whether I am willing to draw something or not, please reach out!


3. PRICING.
• Listed prices are for one character only - each additional character costs 70% of the base price
• Intricate, complex designs might be charged extra - complexity fee varies from 5% to 15% of the total price of the commission
• Background other than solid color, simple pattern or gradient costs extra, the price depends on the complexity
• Complexity fee may also apply if the posing or perspective is complex/difficult
• If you have trouble with estimating the final price, feel free to message me!


4. INQUIRY.
• I require visual references - written description only is not enough
• I don't have separate pricing for half- and full-bodies, they cost the same
• I don't do busts/headshots unless specifically asked to - the price remains the same
• You can always ask for an insight how the work is going, though I try my best to provide updates on my own
• I prefer you contacted me through e-mail (mrtn.rembielak @ gmail.com) as it ensures no inquire is lost among private messages
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that the commission might take some time to complete and there is no hard-set deadline
• If you need the commission to be ready by a certain date, you have to inform me before I start working - if the date is very close by (ie in a few days), additional rush fee may apply (up to 20% of the final commission price)


5. FINAL STATEMENTS.
• I reserve the right to decline your offer
• The finished work is for personal use only - commercial use fees are unavailable
• You cannot modify, redistribute, reproduce, trace nor sell any of my art
• You cannot claim ownership of the completed piece in any way
• You may not use my art for NFT mining and other blockchain-related technology
• You may not use my art in AI training and related processes
• I am the rightful owner of the created piece
